1. Go to accommodations.carevalidate.com and log in
2. Click on Accommodations
3. Click on My Requests
4. Click on the Request you want to know more about
5. You can see the general progress at the top of the Case window
6. Click on Activity
7. You can see a more detailed timeline in the Activity Tab, which will show each action logged on the Request
