1. Go to accommodations.carevalidate.com
2. Click on Log In…
You will have received an invitation email from your employer that allowed you to set up your password. Enter your email address and password here.
3. Click on Sign In
4. Landing Page - When you log in, you will be on the landing page.
5. Click on Employees
The Employees Menu will list all employees registered in your Organization. They can be sorted by the columns.
6. Click on HR Administrators
The HR Administrators menu will list all HR Administrators within your Organization
7. Click on Open Cases
The Open Cases menu will show you all the Cases open that are visible to you, who they are assigned to, and their current status. Clicking on one of them will open that particular Case
8. Clicking into a particular Case will bring up the overview screen for that Case
9. Click on New Cases
10. The New Cases menu will show you all Cases that have been opened but not assigned yet
11. Click on My Cases
12. The My Cases menu will show you cases that are either opened by you or assigned to you
13. Click on Closed Cases
14. The Closed Cases menu will show you all Cases that have been Closed and their final determination. Clicking on one of them will bring up that Case's details.
